Our Story
CCM was founded on a simple belief: when you develop people, you strengthen organizations.
For more than 30 years, our founder, Theresa Cummings, has delivered high-impact training, executive coaching, and facilitation for leaders across industries—including federal agencies, engineering and manufacturing environments, nonprofits, and international organizations.
Having worked with clients such as USDA NASS, NASA, Igloo, JBT Marel, the CDC, and Fortune 500 partners, Theresa recognized a growing need for practical business consulting solutions that combine leadership development, assessments, and coaching with real-world application. Organizations needed development programs that were culturally aware, immediately usable on the job, and measurable in their impact.
CCM was created to meet that need—providing leadership development, train-the-trainer programs, professional certifications, and organizational assessments that honor the human experience while driving measurable business results.
