The Five Behaviors® Certification is a two-week virtual learning experience designed for practitioners who want to deepen their knowledge and confidently bring The Five Behaviors framework into organizations. The program blends self-paced learning, live virtual sessions, and a certification exam.

Credential Earned

Upon successful completion of the coursework and exam, you’ll earn the credential of Five Behaviors® Certified Practitioner. This designation signals your proven ability to build cohesive, high-performing teams and your fluency in the powerful language of The Five Behaviors®.
